Pro-Grind, Inc. is a Texas corporation that has been serving the industry since
1988. We are proud to say many of our employees have been with us for most of
this time. That allows us to offer you expert craftsmanship with employees who
have the knowledge and expertise to do your job well.

Our specialty is precision centerless grinding. Our Houston, Texas shop currently
houses 20 centerless grinding machines that are capable of taper grinding, thru-
feed grinding, in-feed grinding and plunge grinding. Our grinders can handle any
length and diameters as little as 1/16" to 15". We can surface finish 4-8 RMS and
are capable of .0005" diameter tolerance.

Pro-Grind has 4 in shop straightening presses for long bar, short bar, tube and
shaft straightening. Cold straightening tolerances up to .0005"/ft on psq shafts,
finished and unfinished machined shafts, hydraulic rods and housings, rolls, subs
and rotors, drilling equipment, mandrels, drive rods, compressor rods, mud pump
shaft, boat shaft, taper shafts, marine shafts, drill rods, tubes, pins and pipe. We
can straighten any length and any diameter.

We offer superb polishing services on tubing, pipe and bars.

Our CNC Machining capabilities are boring, milling, tapping, broaching, reaming
and drilling. Our lathe work capabilities are turning, facing, boring, threading
OD/ID english and metric.

Our facility now offers large hollow spindle lathe turning.

Our CNC Saw Cutting features a fully automatic CNC feed ready to handle any
job.

Our highly trained and experienced inspectors make sure every piece meets or
exceeds your specifications. Our quality control department insures the best
quality and provides detailed inspection reports on request. We can provide you
with TIR charts, surface finish inspections, diameter checks, straightness checks,
ovality inspections and certificates of compliance. Your complete satisfaction is
our guarantee.

Our crating and shipping department offers the finest products to insure your
material arrives in perfect condition. We can custom make any size wooden box
or crate to fit your needs. Other packaging options include pallets, tubes, stretch
net, plastic wrap, foam wrap, cardboard wrap and rust inhibitors.
